Linear optimization

Turn a cutting list into a plan for the saw.

Bars, tubes and profiles. Configure kerf, end trim and stock lengths, then compare FAST and BEST results. Reusable remnants stay in the workflow.

  • Stock lengths, kerf and trim
  • FAST / BEST planning
  • Reusable remnants

Sheet nesting

Work with the part, not just its bounding box.

Plan sheet cutting with imported DXF contours and holes. Review placement and material constraints before exporting production geometry.

  • Real contours and internal holes
  • Material and thickness constraints
  • Review before production

DXF Part Extractor

Keep the geometry. Make the production decisions.

Import a technical drawing, review the detected parts, then confirm material, thickness and quantity. Save production parts for CNC export or Sheet Optimizer.

  • Parts detected from the geometry
  • Material, thickness and quantity confirmed by you
  • CNC DXF export and Sheet Optimizer transfer
Geometry stays authoritative.

Missing metadata and invalid geometry are different problems. Production information can be corrected; unsafe geometry cannot be made CNC-ready by confirmation alone. Unsupported elements may need conversion in CAD.

A plan that follows the part.

  1. Define / import

Bring in parts and establish the production data.

  2. Optimize

Choose stock and run FAST or BEST.

  3. Review

Check the plan, geometry and production constraints.

  4. Export / produce

Hand off the cutting plan and track work in Shop Floor.

  5. Reuse

Keep suitable remnants available for the next job.
